Return Policy & Damaged Items:

Please note that all online purchases are eligible for store credit ONLY! If you are interested in making a return, please email us at info@anniefinchboutique.com to start the return process. Returns must be received by Annie Finch Boutique within 10 business days of receiving your order to be eligible for store credit. The items returned must be in perfect condition (no stains, no smells, no pet hairs, etc.) to be considered for store credit. Once Annie Finch Boutique has come to a decision on whether or not your item is eligible for store credit, you will receive an email letting you know the decision. Shipping charges will not be included in your refunded store credit. If an item was purchased from the “sale” category or is purchased with a discount of 30% or more, it is final sale and will not be eligible for a return. Items such as bathing suits, bodysuits, athletic wear, leggings, jewelry, sweatshirts/sweatpants, and accessories are all considered final sale and are not eligible for store credit. Gift cards are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund. Annie Finch Boutique is NOT responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Annie Finch Boutique does not offer exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at info@anniefinchboutique.com within 2 days of receiving your items. Please send photographs of the damaged items in your email for Annie Finch Boutique to determine your store credit eligibility. Please note that Annie Finch Boutique does not consider color variations of the merchandise (due to lighting, photography lenses, computer monitor resolutions, etc.) as damage, therefore they will not be eligible for store credit.
