At Annie Finch Boutique, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we understand that occasionally an item may not work out.

Please note that all online purchases are eligible for store credit ONLY.

If you would like to request a return, you must submit your request within 5 days of delivery through our return portal powered by Re:do. Returns requested outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. Return requests submitted via email or social media will not be accepted.

Once your return request is submitted and approved, the item(s) must be postmarked within 5 days of approval. Returns that are not shipped within this timeframe will automatically expire and will not be accepted.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging (no stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage). All returns are inspected upon arrival. Annie Finch Boutique reserves the right to deny store credit if returned items do not meet our return standards.

If approved, store credit will be issued via an e-gift card sent to the email associated with your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered to us.

*At checkout, customers have the option to add Return Coverage powered by Re:do for a $3.00 fee.

Customers who opt into Return Coverage will receive a prepaid return shipping label generated through the return portal. Store credit will be issued once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

Customers who do not opt into Return Coverage may still request a return through the return portal but are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

Return Coverage does not extend or override our return policy timeframes or eligibility requirements.

Final Sale Items:

All items in the “Sale” category or purchased with a discount of 25% or more are final sale and cannot be returned. Flash Sale items are considered final sale, regardless of the discounted amount, and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit. The following items are also final sale and ineligible for store credit: bathing suits, bodysuits, athletic wear, leggings, jewelry, sweatshirts, sweatpants, and accessories. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email info@anniefinchboutique.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will assess whether it qualifies for store credit. Color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution are not considered damage and will not qualify for a return.

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.

Order Mistakes & Resolution Policy:

At Annie Finch Boutique, we believe in making things right. While we strive for perfection, mistakes can happen. If you receive an order with the wrong size, product, or any other issue, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
