Refund Policy
Effective March 19, 2025
We hope you love your order! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we're here to help if you need to request a return.
Please note that all online purchases are eligible for store credit ONLY.
If you would like to request a return, you must email us at info@anniefinchboutique.com within 3 days of your order being delivered to begin the return process. Returns that are not requested within this timeframe will not be accepted.
Once your return request is submitted and approved, the item(s) must be received by Annie Finch Boutique within 10 business days of the original delivery date to be eligible for store credit.
The returned items must be in perfect condition (no stains, no smells, no pet hair, etc.). Once we receive and inspect your return, we will determine if it is eligible for store credit. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit. If approved, you will receive your store credit via an e-gift card sent to your email. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 5 business days for Annie Finch Boutique to receive and process your return once it has been delivered to us.
Annie Finch Boutique reserves the right to deny store credit for any return at our discretion if we determine the item does not meet our return standards.
Final Sale Items:
- All items in the “Sale” category or purchased with a discount of 25% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
- The following items are also final sale and ineligible for store credit: bathing suits, bodysuits, athletic wear, leggings, jewelry, sweatshirts/sweatpants, and accessories.
- Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, you must email info@anniefinchboutique.com within 2 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. We will assess whether it qualifies for store credit. Color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolutions are not considered damage and will not qualify for a return.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Additional Notes:
- Annie Finch Boutique does NOT cover return shipping costs.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
